Return/Exchange/Cancelation Policy
All sales are final. We do not offer any refunds to any customized order unless we have made a mistake on your order. In case of a mistake on our end, we will kindly ask you to send up back the wrong order and we will send you the correct order with no extra charge. All orders cancelations will have to be done within 1 hour of placing your order by mailing us your name and cancelation request. At that point we will void the transaction on your credit card.

Shipping Policy
All orders shipped out within 24 hours of receiving the order. Large orders of 20 items or more will be shipped out within 48 hours. We ship by UPS ground. If you need orders faster, please let us know by phone or e-mail.
